The software allows processing and detailed yet user-friendly analysis of behavioral videos of studied animals. The positions of studied animals are obtained using the “ryby-infer“ artificial inteligence program. The web-based interactive graphical user interface for the data analysis application is programmed in R language. The R code as well as the required data files are available under the MIT license from the https://github.com/cernylab/bevian repository.
