Annotation	Plán genderové rovnosti je nástrojem pro systematické řešení genderové rovnosti v instituci, který přináší strukturální a kulturní změny. Tento dokument přináší první analýzu dosud vydaných GEPů výzkumných organizací veřejného sektoru v ČR. Z analýzy vyplývá, že v posledních letech počet institucí s GEPem výrazně narostl. Kvalita zpracování plánů se mezi organizacemi liší. Jen některé GEPy splňují povinné požadavky, jiné naopak mimo obecných deklarací neobsahují žádné konkrétní informace.
Description in English	Gender Equality Plan is a tool for a systematic solution for gender equality in institutions, which brings structural and cultural changes. This document provides the first analysis of the published GEPs of public sector research organizations in the Czech Republic. The analysis shows that the number of institutions with GEP has grown significantly in recent years. The quality of the analysed gender equality plans varies considerably. Only some GEPs fulfil mandatory requirements.
