Over the last decades, high entropy alloys (HEA) draw a high-interest in fundamental and applied science. Recently, research into the generation of HEA nanoparticles (NPs) through the pulsed laser ablation in liquid (LAL) technique has brought new possibilities to electrochemistry. However, the physics behind the ablation process for complex multi-element alloy targets still remains to be understood.
