Description in English This document focuses on return grants as one of the tools to support the return of scientists after a career break. A career break due to childcare is a major barrier to career development or career continuation. This document offers a detailed description of the return grants, its forms, the criteria that the applicants must meet, as well as its importance. The document also contains foreign and Czech examples of good practice and recommendations for discussion.
