Zpráva se zabývá ověřením možnosti měnit teplotu držáku vzorku v mikroskopu (až do pokojové teploty), aniž by se měnila teplota kryoboxu (blízko teploty LN2). Tato konfigurace by zajistila realizaci měření na vzorku až do pokojové teploty při omezení jeho kontaminace pomocí zachycování nečistot na kryoboxu.

The goal of the report is to verify the possibility to change sample holder temperature in microscope (up to room temperature) without changes of cryobox temperature (near to LN2 temperature). Such configuration would ensure measurement on the sample up to room temperature together with limited contamination due to trapping of impurities on cryobox.
