AnnotationAt present, it is very important to pay attention, among other things, to the natural environment. One of the methods that is significantly used in the study of the geoenvironment is geophysics. In geophysics, physical methods and principles are used to study the formation and dynamics of the Earth. This paper shows on selected examples the contribution of geophysics to the study of geoenvironment, which is necessary for geological environment management. Generalized procedures will be the basis for the administrative management of processes associated with the use of the geological environment. The primary data can be interpreted for various purposes and therefore uneconomical to perform the measurement again. Interpreted data are stored in databases of various types. The problem is greater with primary data, as they have different formats and often require specialized software. Basic information about the surveys can be found in the so-called metadata, but even here it is necessary to unify the data.
