Description in English The Hall sensor consists of a temperature and radiation resistant substrate, electrical connections made of conductive material, contact surfaces made of conductive material, electrical contact points made of conductive material and a sensitive layer, the essence of which consists in that the sensitive layer with a thickness of 1 nanometer to 1 millimeter is formed of a chemical element of antimony or its alloy, the content of antimony in the sensitive layer being higher than 90%.
