    AnnotationGliadins and related cereal proteins are note unique food stuff affects celiac disease patient´s immune system. No information is available on the adaptive immune response against the wheat AAIs. We use an immunoblot technique employing the mixture of isolated wheat AAI 0.19 and AAI 0.28 and developer a reproductible, robust ELISA test for quantification of serum OgA and IgG antibodies against wheat recombinant AAI 0.19 protein.
