Která místa, osobnosti, artefakty, ideje či události ovlivňovaly vznik moderní české kolektivní paměti na přelomu 19. a 20. století? Jak se z míst s pamětí stávají místa paměti a proč se jimi některá slavná místa nestala? Průnik různorodého materiálu, od tematiky národně-křesťanských tradic, přes o osobnosti a místa až po geografický prostor a ideje, přináší zajímavé podněty k zamyšlení.

Which places, personalities, artifacts, ideas or events influenced the emergence of modern Czech collective memory at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries? How do places with memory become the realms of memory and why some famous places didn´t become the realms of memory? The intersection of a variety of material, from the national-Christian traditions to personalities, places, geographic space or ideas, brings interesting stimuli for thought.
