Zpráva obsahuje popis vývoje leštění tohoto materiálu na podložce z PU v kombinaci s leštivem CeO2. Description in English Examined samples are of carbon composite material composed of a cyanoester resin (matrix), carbon fibers (in the form of a fabric) and a carbon nanotube layer (in the form of a piece of paper). The report contains a description of the development of polishing such material on a PU polishing pad in combination with a CeO2 slurry.
