This work deals with the growth of non-doped and AE2+-doped (Mg2+, Ca2+, Sr2+, and Ba2+) Cs2HfCl6 single crystals prepared by vertical Bridgman method. X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed presence of only single phase. Radioluminescence and light output measurements were performed as well as evaluation of energy resolution and scintillation decay time. Obtained results were discussed from the point of view of the relationship between scintillation properties and co-doped elements in prepared crystals.
