Předkládané řešení poskytuje elektroizolační kompozitní materiál, který obsahuje nosič sestávající z nanovláken impregnovaný vytvrzenou epoxidovou pryskyřicí, přičemž tato pryskyřice obsahuje 0,1 až 6 hmotn. % dispergovaných nanočástic. Dále je popsán způsob přípravy elektroizolačního kompozitu, který zahrnuje kroky (i) dispergace nanočástic ve směsi epoxidové pryskyřice, síťovadla a popřípadě i reaktivního ředidla, (ii) impregnace nosiče sestávajícího z nanovláken směsí připravenou v kroku (i), (iii) vytvrzení směsi impregnované v nosiči sestávajícím z nanovláken.

The solution submitted presents the electro-insulating composite material which comprises a carrier consisting of nanofibres impregnated with a cured epoxy resin, wherein this resin contains 0.1 to 6 wt% of the dispersed nanoparticles. Further described, there is the method of preparing the electro-insulation composite comprising the steps of (i) dispersing the nanoparticles in a mixture of the epoxy resin, a crosslinking agent and, optionally, a reactive diluent, (ii) impregnation of the carrier consisting of the nanofibres of the mixtures prepared in step (i), (iii) curing of the mixture impregnated in the carrier consisting of nanofibers.
