Databáze obsahuje více než 14000 personálních záznamů, které jsou podle úplnosti rozděleny do čtyř kategorií. Základní záznam (1) se skládá z údaje o řeholní příslušnost a základních dat (narození, úmrtí, složení řeholních slibů, popř. svěcení a vstupu do řádu). Pokročilejší kategorie (2 a 3) obsahuje popis alespoň části kariéry. Úplné záznamy (4) pokrývají život jednotlivce od vstupu do řádu do smrti.

The database comprises more than 14 000 personal entries. These entries are divided into four several categories according to their comprehensiveness. The basic entry (1) is composed of the information about the name of the order a given person was a member of and of basic data (date of birth, death, profession, or possibly ordaining and entry into the order). The more advanced categories (2, 3) contains a description of at least a part of the career. Full entries (4) cover the life of an individual since the entry into to order until death.
