Annotation
Článek podává přehled o středověkých pedagogických a výchovných pojednáních sepsaných v latině nebo češtině, které mají vazbu na české prostředí. Jeho cílem je zodpovědět otázku, zda v českém království existovala souvislá teorie o správné výchově. Odpověď se kloní spíše k negativní, přesto je mimo veškerou pochybnost, že všechny zásadní práce a výtahy z nich se těšily v kulturním prostředí českých zemí nemalé oblibě. Tomu nasvědčuje řada opisů v rukopisných fondech našich knihoven a četné citáty těchto děl v pracích českých autorů.
Description in English
The article presents samples of medieval pedagogical and instructional treatises written in Latin and Czech with a connection to the Bohemian milieu and endeavours to provide an answer to the question of whether there was a coherent theory about proper education in the Kingdom of Bohemia. The answer tends rather to the negative, but it is beyond doubt that all of the essential works, which supplemented this shortcoming, enjoyed great popularity in the Bohemian cultural milieu. It is demonstrated by the large number of copies in the manuscript collections of our libraries as well as the clear takings of the Czech authors from these works.
