European meeting on Ferroelectricity/13./; 28.06. - 03.07.2015;Porto,Portugal It is known that the permittivity of ferroelectric polydomain films and single crystals is enhanced by reversible movement of domain walls. It is believed that the origin of the reversible domain wall motion in weak AC electric fields is due to the interaction of the domain walls with pinning centers in the ferroelectric bulk. There exist two mechanisms of reversible domain wall movement: first, the bending of free segments of the domain wall and, second, the planar movement of the whole domain wall. Recently, the nonlinear dielectric response of the two mechanisms of the domain wall movement has been analyzed theoretically [1, 2]. It has been shown that the both mechanisms of the reversible domain wall movement introduce different features into the nonlinear dielectric response. Therefore, it is possible to identify mechanisms that dominates the ferroelectric domain wall movement by means of nonlinear
