Na tiskové konferenci byl představen projekt Metodika řízení diverzity a slaďování pracovního a soukromého života na pracovišti, který je řešen v Sociologickém ústavu AV ČR, v.v.i. s finanční podporou Technologické agentury ČR. Pilotní ověření metodiky, které v tomto roce probíhá na Ministerstvu práce a sociálních věcí a ve firmě Linet jsme představili společně se zástupci těchto organizací. Zodpověděli jsme také otázky: Co se rozumí diverzitou na pracovišti a jaké zde může přinášet výhody? Jak mohou zaměstnavatelé podpořit zaměstnance při slaďování práce a rodiny?

Project Methodology of diversity and work/life balance at the workplace which is carried out at the Institute of Sociology CAS with financial support of the Technological Agency of the CR has been presented at the press conference. The pilot verification of the methodology, which this year takes place at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and in the company Linet was presented together with the representatives of these organizations. We also answered the questions: What does diversity in the workplace mean and what benefits can bring here? How can employers support employees in reconciling work and family?
