AnnotationThe invention involves two novel peptides of the formulas H-Gly -Met-Trp -Ser-Lys-Ile-Leu-Gly -His-Leu-Ile-Arg -NH2 (I) and H-Gly -Lys-Trp -Met-Ser-Leu-Leu-Lys -His-Ile-Leu-Lys-NH2 (II) isolated from venom reservoirs of primitively eusocial bees Halictus sexcintus and their synthetic analogs possessing biological effects, prepared by the substitution of an amino acid in position 4, 11 or 12 of formula (I) or in position 4 of formula (II) by an amino acid lysine. Described is also their usage for the preparation of medicaments for the treatment of microbial, parasitic and fungal diseases and for the cancer treatment.
