Annotation	The longstanding tradition of GAMM Workshops on Applied and Numerical Linear Algebra continued in 2012 at the conference centrum of Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic in Chateau Liblice. The workshop was included in the list of accompanying events devoted to 60th anniversary of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Prague. The special topic of this workshop was "Adaptivity".
