Předneseno na:12th European Plasma Conference (12th High-Tech Plasma Processes conference, HTPP-12),Bologna, IT, 24.-29.06.2012, The paper focuses on a numerical study of the impact of turbulent effects and radiative transfer method in the discharge and near-outlet regions of the hybrid-stabilized argon-water electric arc. Calculations for currents 300-600 A have been carried out for two radiation methods (net emission coefficients, partial characteristics) and for the assumption of laminar and turbulent plasma flow regimes respectively. Results show relatively weak influence of turbulence with the maximum difference for all the monitored physical quantities less than 10 %.
