Datovanie sintrových kôr, ktoré pokrývajú alochtónne riečne sedimenty metodou magnetostratigrafickou a U-series umožňujú nielen spresniť geochronológiu vývoja jaskynných úrovní, ale také rekonštruovať zahlubovanie krasových údolí. Nerovnaká intenzita zahlbovania Demänovskej doliny poukazuje na intenzivnejší tektonický výzdvih územia v spodnom pleistocéne v porovnaní so stredným a vrchným pleistocénom. Description in English Cave levels correlated with the Váh River terraces were developed in the Demänovská Valley located on the N slopes of the Nízke Tatry Mts. Dating of the flowstone beds overlaying the cave fluvial sediments using magnetostratigraphic ans U-series methods enable reconstruct the cave level development and also an estimation of karst valley incision. Different incision rates of the Demänovská Valley show the more intense uplift of this area during Early Pleistocene in comparison with Mid- and Late Pleistocene.
