Subject RIV: CB - Analytical Chemistry, Separation
The phenotypically indistinguishable species, Candida orthopsilosis and biofilm-positive and biofilm-negative strains of Candida metapsilosis and parapsilosis were separated by capillary electromigration techniques, capillary electrophoresis and in very narrow pH gradients by capillary isoelectric focusing.
