    Vortex generators (VGs) are passive flow control devices that are widely used in both internal and external flow. VGs occur in many different configurations. The choice of the optimal VGs configuration for a particular case is still quite obscure. The way to make the selection of suitable actuators arrangement easier can lead through the comprehension of generated vortices behaviour.
