Galektiny zde slouží jako induktory přechodu dermálních fibroblastů do myofibroblastů a tvorby nanovláken extracelulární matrix. Galektiny v kombinaci s bioaktivním faktorem TGF-.beta.1 vykazují synergický efekt. Description in English In vitro cultivation of dermal fibroblasts in the presence of at least one mammalian recombinant galectin from the group of galectin 1, galectin 4 or galectin 7. Galectins serve as transducers of dermal fibroblasts into myofibroblasts and facilitate the production of extracellular matrix molecules. Galectins in combination with the bioactive factor TGF-beta 1 show synergistic effects.
