AnnotationThe article focuses on operation of a five-phase induction machine fed from a ten-pulse voltage source inverter. Special attention is paid to different ways to connect frequency converter to the stator winding and their impact on currents and torque of the machine. Waveforms of currents and rise of pulsation torques are the points where various connections of phase windings prove significant differences.
