Článek navazuje na přehled zobrazující základní proměnné a jejich hodnoty v rámci pravidelného monitoringu české legislativy za rok 2010, uveřejněný v Právníku 10/2011. Výsledná komparace zvolených období či celých časových řad poskytuje hlubší analytický vhled do české legislativy. V první části přináší přehled základní vývojové struktury české legislativy podle legislativních forem či typů legislativních dokumentů. Druhá část sleduje stav platné legislativy vcelku k rozhodným datům a třetí část přináší přehled změn v legislativě ve vybraných letech.
Description in English
The article relates to the overview representing the basic variables and their values within regular monitoring of Czech legislation of 2010 published in The Lawyer No. 10/2011. The resulting comparison of the selected periods or the whole time series provides a deeper analytical insight into Czech legislation. In the first part it presents an overview of the basic developmental structure of Czech legislation according to legislative forms or types of legislative documents. The second part monitors the state of the current legislation in total with respect to decisive dates and the third part presents an overview of changes in legislation during selected years.
