AnnotationSynthesis, physicochemical characterisation and preliminary evaluation of biological properties of a new graft high-molecular weight polymer–doxorubicin conjugate designed for solid tumor treatment have been described. Three types of the conjugate differing in detailed structure of the biodegradable spacer between the polymer grafts and main polymer chain were synthesized by grafting the reactive semitelechelic copolymer precursors onto the main chain of multivalent HPMA copolymer.
