    This work presents a simple microgradient device producing an S-shaped gradient of strong mobile phase for analyte separation using RP capillary column. Separation of the digested cell lysate of pathogenic bacteria Francisella tularensis using this device was compared to the separation of the same sample using a commercial nanoLC instrument with subsequent analysis using on-line connected ESI-Q-TOF instrument.
