Testy PCR byl zjištěn četný výskyt BRV (9 z 18 keřů) a GVBaV (11 z 18 keřů). Zjištění GVBaV je prvním experimentálním důkazem výskytu tohoto viru v ČR. Přítomnost fytoplazem nebyla PCR testy prokázána. Testy ELISA byl zjištěn výskyt SLRSV u jednoho keře odrůdy červeného rybízu Detvan a jednoho keře černého rybízu Titania. Pomocí elektronové mikroskopie byly v řezu z keře černého rybízu Titania objeveny baciliformní částice rhabdoviru. Description in English The aim ort his work was to determine the health status of primary resources of red currant cultivars `Detvan`, `Holandský červený`, `Rubigo`, `Vitan`, black currant cultivar `Titania` and white currant cultivar `Orion`. This determination is a base for creation of sanitation procedures aimed at propagation material of currant in the Czech Republic. BRV (9 from 18 plants) and GVBaV (11 from 18 plants) were detected by PCR. The detection of GVBaV is the first experimental proof of this virus on the territory of the Czech Republic. Phytoplasmas were not present in PCR tested plants. SLRSV was detected by ELISA testing in one plant of red currant cultivar `Detvan` and one plant of black currant cultivar `Titania`. Bacilliform rhabdovirus particles were observed on an ultrathin section from the plant of black currant cultivar `Titania` in electron microscopy.
