Analysis is done by comparing results obtained by several independent methods of measurement such as interferometry, schlieren method, surface flow visualization and pressure measurements. Although mentioned optical method provide 2D images of flow, images of flow past this particular blade cascade exhibit sings od 3D flow structures.
