Studie prokázala, že neoplastická tkáň pacientů s kolorektálním karcinomem má zvýšenou mRNA expresi 4 složek Wnt signalizace, které jsou spojovány s inaktivací Wnt/beta-kateninové signalizace
The study demonstrates that neoplastic tissue of patients with colorectal cancer had increased mRNA expression of 4 components of Wnt signaling which are known to cause inactivation of Wnt/beta-catenin pathway
