    Nanocrystalline diamond structures are grown by microwave plasma CVD technique on SiO2/Si substrates patterned by polymer. The diamond microstructures exhibit good transistor characteristics.

    Struktury nanokrystalického diamantu jsou deponovány v mikrovlnném plazmatu CVD technikou na Si/SiO2 substrátech strukturovaných polymerem. Diamantové mikrostruktury vykazuji dobré tranzistorové charakteristiky.
