    Ion implantation of oxygen cations into specially designed silicite glasses made the Cr(III) behave like Cr(IV) and thus exhibit the desired luminescence at 1300 nm. The oxidation state Cr4+ is in our glasses quite stable. The possible explanations of the Cr ion oxidation have also been presented.

    Iontová implantace kyslíku do speciálně navržených křemenných skel způsobí oxidaci Cr (III) iontů na Cr(IV) ionty, které mají luminiscenci s maximem v oblasti 1300 nm. Ionty Cr(IV) jsou stabilní ve sklech. Navrhli jsme možné mechanismy oxidace.
