    The VD3 effects on HL-60 cell differentiation were significantly potentiated by 5-LPO inhibitors MK-886 and AA-861 and were inverted by SB202190, a p38 MAPK inhibitor. These results indicated that p38 MAPK pathway is involved in potentiated monocytic differentiation.

    Účinky 1alfa,25-dihydroxyvitaminu D3 (VD3) na diferenciaci buněk HL-60 byly významně posíleny inhibitory 5-LPO MK-886 a AA-861 a byly zvráceny inhibitorem p38 MAPK SB202190. Tyto výsledky ukázaly, že dráha p38 MAPK je zapojená do posílené monocytární diferenciace.
