We tried to use electrochemical methods to analyse and control the growth of microorganisms on metal electrodes and their adsorption to the surface. We examined different types of microorganisms (yeast, bacteria), different electrodes and different concentrations of cells in the solution.
Použili jsme elektrochemických metod pro analýzu a kontrolu růstu mikroorganizmů na kovových elektrodách a jejich adsorpci na povrchy. Vyzkoušeli jsme různé typy mikroorganizmů (kvasinky, baktérie), různé elektrody a koncentrace buněk.
