AnnotationThe goal of this study was to fellow up the effect of n-3 and n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) and the adaptation to chronic intermittent hypoxic (CIH) on fatty acid (FA) composition of serum and heart lipids in rats. The results of this study showed that PUFA diets and CIH distinctly modified FA profile in serum and heart lipids; both interventions considered to be cardioprotective
