The goal of the thesis is to study three different hybrid laser deposition systems (PLD+radiofrequency discharges, PLD+electron-cyclotron-resonance plasma source and PLD+magnetron sputtering), which are appropriate for preparation of carbon, ZnO:N, and TiC/SiC nanomaterials, respectively. An emphasis is put on determination of the influence of PLD’s auxiliary techniques on film growth and properties.
