Using a two-component transgene system, we have studied the stability of the methylation patterns and trans-silencing interaction in cell culture and regenerated tobacco plants. Our results indicate that epigenetic changes associated with dedifferentiation might influence regulatory pathways mediated by trans-PTGS processes.
S využitím dvousložkového transgenního systému jsme studovali stabilitu metylačních obrazů a in trans umlčovacích aktivit v tkáňových kulturách a u tabákových rostlin z nich regenerovaných. Naše výsledky naznačují, že epigenetické změny spojené s dediferenciací mohou ovlivnit regulační dráhy zprostředkované trans-PTGS procesy.
