We report here the results of transmittance, reflectance, and ellipsometric measurements of mid-infrared optical spectra (MIR) on tellurium doped GaSb samples prepared by MBE at the Walter Schottky Institute.

Tato práce pojednává o výsledcích měření optického spektra pomocí transmitance, reflektance a elipsometrie vzorků GaSb připravených pomocí technologie MBE ve Walter Schottky Institutu.
