We used electrochemical method called CPSA (chronopotentiometric stripping analysis) and we observed so-called peak, which forms due to catalytic hydrogen evolution. We showed, that peak H is very sensitive to global changes in protein structure, enabling us to distinguish between native and denatured state of BSA.
