Effects of magnetic field 50Hz and 0.5 mT on adherence of leukocytes on solid state surfaces in the presence of specific and nonspecific antigens were studies using leukocyte adherence inhibition /LAI/ assay. Weak magnetic field increases number of adherent leukocytes taken from healthy humans as well as that from cancer patiens. Correlation between LAI assy results and cell mediated immunity suggests effects of magnetic fields on leukocyte immunity function in humans.
