    Within the framework of slowly varying envelope approach we have studied the double resonant processes in one-dimensional periodic nonlinear X.sup.(2).sup. media. We concentrated on the three wave mixing which can be in the limit of the small amplitude viewed as a specific form of the difference frequency generation ě -> (2/3) ě. It has been shown that propagation of localized pulses in the form of two coupled bright solitons on first and third harmonics and dark soliton on the second harmonic is possible.
