For specific detection of biomolecular analytes, multilayers of monoclonal antibodies are immobilized on the surface of the sensor. Detection of biomolecular analytes such as human á2-microglobulin, choriogonadotropin, hepatitis B surface antigen, salmonella enteritidis is demonstrated.
