This advantageous type of digital filtering can be used for processing any types of signal in different applications. In this paper a special field of adaptive filter application is introduced. The main part deals with the applications of adaptive filters in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) tomography for the gradient magnetic field measurements and brings a comparison of different types of filtering method.
