The Monte Carlo simulation of conversion electron scattering in the targets, used in the experiments with superheavy elements synthesis, is presented. The calculations were performed for electron energies of 10, 100 keV and lead targetsof 200, 600 and 2000 nm thicknesses. The results indicate the feasibility of internal conversion electron spectroscopyas a significant tool for the studies of superheavy nuclei.
