Die Studie beschäftigt sich mit der Bewertung des Zustandes, von dem Josef Mocker bei der puristischen Veränderung des hohen Turmes des Veitsdomes ausging, sowie mit den Bedingungen seiner Fertigstellung zu der Zeit, als Kamil Hilbert den Bau leitete.

The study assesses the situation on which Josef Mocker based the purist reconstruction of St Vitus Cathedral's high tower, and the circumstances under which the reconstruction was suspended at the time when Kamil Hilbert was in charge of the project.
