Ve vzorcích byly identifikovány a stanoveny hydroxylové (OH.), nitroxidové (NO.) a stabilní organické radikály. Koncentrace těchto radikálů vykazuje maximum po 5-10 min. od otevření láhve. Je popsán vliv UV ozařování a vliv peroxidu vodíku.
