Disembeddedness from the local factual contexts and re-embededdness into the more abstract (global) context is characteristic for the individual in the advanced knowledge - society. It applies also for the work context. Work is increasingly becoming a manipulation with abstract symbols, institutional bonds are loosening (individualization). Relevant work context is becoming more abstract. Networks are the modes of competition, therefore means of both inclusionand exlusion as well.
