The thesis includes several author's works in the field of stellar astrophysics. Chapter 1 deals wiht some instrumental problems. Chapter 2 describes different theoretical problems of atmospheres of binary-star components. Chapter 3 is devoted to the author's code FOTEl for solution of radial-velocity curves. The last chapter descibes the author's method of Fourier spectra in the Korel.
