Polymer structure is interpreted on the basis of X-ray photoelectron and FTIR spectra as consisting of >C=S, >C=C<, -CH2-CH2-, (C=C)SnC4-n, -C-(C=S)-S-, -S-(C=S)-S- and C-S-S-C configurations. The gas-phase co-polymerization of carbon disulfide and ethene represents the first example of such reaction between carbon disulfide and common monomer Workplace Institute of Chemical Process Fundamentals Contact Eva Jirsová, jirsova@icpf.cas.cz, Tel.: 220 390 227 Year of Publishing 2005
