    AnnotationIn situ TEM straining experiment is an important tool for investigation of plastic behaviour of materials. Invaluable information can be gained of interaction of various lattice defects during deformation. Double tilt straining stages were used. Interesting results were obtained concerning the transfer of slip dislocations across grain boundaries in coincidence Fe-4to5.5at%Si bicrystals
